  • Device and browser information, IP address, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies for the Website to function and to improve it

Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and banking details are collected and processed by Razorpay under their own security standards and privacy policy. We do not store your card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To manufacture and deliver your custom stamps — this is the primary purpose for which your stamp content, voice recordings, and uploaded images are processed
  • To process payments, issue GST invoices, and maintain records required by law
  • To communicate with you about your order, including by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp
  • To provide customer support and handle replacement or refund requests
  • To improve our Website, products, and AI-assisted ordering features

3. AI Processing

Our voice-to-stamp, handwriting recognition, stamp recreation, and translation features process the content you submit using third-party AI service providers. This content is used to generate your stamp design and is not used by us to build advertising profiles. Voice recordings and uploaded images are retained only as long as needed to fulfil your order and support obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

4. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent needed:

  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Courier and logistics partners — name, address, and phone number for delivery
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the Website
  • AI service providers — to process voice, image, and text inputs for your stamp design
  • Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics, once enabled) — anonymised usage statistics
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud

5. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your data. Uploaded files, voice recordings, and customer content are encrypted during transmission. Order records and invoices are retained as required under Indian tax and company law. Stamp artwork may be retained to make reorders easier for you; you may ask us to delete it at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
